Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must exchange it for the same item, send us an email at eko.woodworking@outlook.com with a picture of the damaged board and wait for a confirmation email before sending your item to 9013 Key Peninsula Hwy N Ste - 114 Lakebay, WA 98349
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. The email will include a response pertaining to the approval or rejection of your exchange with pictures of the condition of the returned item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive an exchange, the cost of returning the item is paid by the cardholder.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your damaged item unless you ship with a tracking number and insure the package.
